Dillard's: They need to improve in every single aspect. They constantly try to deflect from any issue and they need an HR team as of yesterday so they can stop treating people lesser. They have double standards for their mediocre management team and the sales associates.

Marianos Fresh Market: My overall experience was poor. I was suspended from work one time for having to go to the hospital before my shift one morning. I called off an hour in advance instead of two. I came with proof and was suspended for not calling off an hour earlier during an emergency.
Kohl's: Satisfactory. It is better than most jobs I held.

They only ask for work even in major festivals and do not provide any gifts or benefits. I would like to have Canadian management over here. They would definitely provide gifts on festivals atleast

AECOM: The pay and benefits were not the problem. The problem was AEcom's ability to pay the wages and benefits with out the employee having to call the Federal Board of labor because AEcom was short changing them at every level.
