
I think that the current team seems very cohesive and is working towards driving significant change to improve the company.
The AIP and LTIP, if the performance targets are set at a reasonable / achievable level such that they are paid out.
I do think we have some very bright people who work very hard and are willing to stretch their roles to help others when necessary
I very much enjoy working with my direct team. We've all been with the company for several years and have competency in our roles and responsibilities. We've also developed a good comradery where we can rely on each other when someone on the team needs help.
The rate of change at the eStaff level and continual layoffs/cost cutting contribute to a sense that we lack job security/stability. Also, it would help to be able to fill roles in the general accounting team as the workload has increased dramatically w/ many having left without being replaced
