There should be a somewhat consistent process
Saturdays. Those are relatively slow. Need to work Sundays just to get prepared for the week.

Siemens is trying to become less manufacturing, more high-tech. But the company culture is still stuck in the 1930s.
Company needs to be more nimble, and realize different business units have different needs. Semiconductors and trains are different.
We are all overworked, and stressed out. We all need to take a deep breath and realize we're on the same team.
