Walk the talk. The talk makes siemens sound like the best company ever but, it isn’t resonated in the district offices
The VP and Ops Manager are by far the most valuable and the most talented managers. The Branch Managers really seem to just be highly paid HR/not very knowledgeable in many areas. Can’t help directly.
When we work together we are more successful. When people get greedy and take projects already provided to the customer, and take credit that the manager intervene rather than cheer it on. The behavior is toxic.
Not treating us as a number and expendable. Treat women in offices with men better. Pay women the same without favoritism and hiring realtives and setting them up with large accounts so they aren’t accountable for new customers.
