Enjoy the visits with the clients, but if the company were managed better and providers were more appreciated and paid correctly, the clients would be better served and the company would benefit more than just financially.

Improve the scheduling; it's unbelievable what is expected of providers in the field--constantly being scheduled inappropriately, wasting a lot of time driving and not being able to give adequate time to the home visits

My manager is a great communicator/support. Otherwise I do not feel others in the leadership team understand what is actually going on at the grass roots level. I am incredibly frustrated with the amount of $$ this company makes while not adequately compensating the providers who do the home visits.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I am not paid anything if there is a "no show" (even though I make the trip to every visit). I am not paid for time spent calling the members the day before or for time spent doing extra medical testing or for the extra time required during a translation visit. AND my paycheck is repeatedly short.
