  • The CEO is great at pumping people up to work hard. The CEO seems to have a tendency to micromanage employees well beneath him which makes it difficult for their managers to manage them effectively.

  • I've been here longer than most. I have not received a raise, even though they praise my good work. Management is very tight on their wallets when it comes to their employees.

  • I feel like a lot of the issues in "culture" is the separation of the California office from the Montclair office. Theres more focus on the Palo Alto office, which leaves the Montclair office somewhat in the dark about events and other "goings-on" in the company

  • It varies. Some are great, while others are quite disconnected from their employees. Leadership sometimes seems too busy to speak with you. Promises are sometimes broken. They continue to restructure and reprioritize, which hinders the personal growth plan we review with our managers every year.
