I enjoy the fact that every day brings new challenges that must be overcome. Our outlook is extremely bright and I look forward to tackling all future challenges as a company.

The team works well with each other, there is a constant sense that when you are stuck or have a question someone will always be there to help. I also feel that cross-team communication is a real positive.

The leadership is always there to listen to your concerns even if they may not always be able to address them. I like the fact that at any time we can reach out to any member of leadership and they will set aside time to speak.

Matching 401k for one would definitely make me feel like the company cares about not only its own future but mine as well. Also, typically in a startup you get paid a little less to get a little more in equity but I believe this is a bit underwhelming in terms of equity given out
