I can honestly say the leadership team cares about me and my life. It's not cheap talk, SmartBug and its leadership team means it when they say they are focused on work-life balance.

I'm happiest when I have a list of about 15 things to complete during my workday. I know that everything I complete will be something that my clients enjoy and brings value to the company.

I get to work with a lot of personalities with a lot of great ideas. Everyone is excited to work for SmartBug and that shows in our day-to-day responsibilities and overall sense of happiness at the company.

Work-life balance isn't a gimmick for SmartBug. The leadership team makes it a point for employees to be able to live and work. I've never felt like my life has impacted my work and vise versa at SmartBug.

It's a little lower than the average pay for my role, but I also save money in transportation and office costs so it's not anything that is terribly negative. The health insurance is normal and I love our book allowance!

I'm making a difference for my clients. The campaigns I run for my clients improve their ROI and I am a trusted resource at their companies. SmartBug collaboration includes our clients and I'm happy to learn and grow with everyone.

We work hard, we're committed to growth, but no one takes themselves too seriously. There are zero egos at SmartBug, and the culture of collaboration is awesome. I like the push towards a more diverse team--I've never felt like I need to hide any part of my lifestyle as a mom or my LGBTQ+ identity.
