Terrible. The district manager and GM's are all one giant clique. They're all from 5 Guys so favoritism is shown. GM's dont know bow to talk or treat employees. The general managers leave work atleast 4 hours before the end of their shit and this happens daily. We are always short staffed.

The team members will pull together and help eachother. That is if they're not considering walking out.

Being an actual leader and taking accountability for the fact that they are the General Manager. Stop throwing their tasks onto others then blaming them when they didnt get done while a GM was suppswd to do it. Also woth the favoritism, all my GM's friends got gired woth a pay higher than anyone

Were short staffed. I have no employees on my ahift. My GM will have all the good employees, and plenty of them on their shift. Theres never prep done for my shifts. The GM lets her employees who is also a friend and former coworker, talk to people however without consequence. Need a new GM

The general manager, the people the gm brings in from 5 Guys and all of their friends. Then treating them better than the original employees. Forcing the good ones from day one when we opened all to quit. GM's should step up and work when needed and GM labor needs to be watched and salary deducted.
