Too many leaders wanting to Managers or trainers woth out the pay

Lying to the workers and disrespecting them all the time

Being an actual leader and taking accountability for the fact that they are the General Manager. Stop throwing their tasks onto others then blaming them when they didnt get done while a GM was suppswd to do it. Also woth the favoritism, all my GM's friends got gired woth a pay higher than anyone
