How much we care for each other and have each other's backs.
We all work together and respect each other
All my non Mgr. Coworkers appear to be honest ,upright,
The crewmebers and the shiflt lead and the reasturanr manger
When I got to work with them they were great. Funny, fast learners, great teachers.
How outgoing these individuals are and their willingness to work
They work fast, for consumer
Easy to get along with.
Just getting a steady team together. So still people coming and going. Not sure yet
The coworkers are tightknit group (not managers at all)
They all are invested in growing our sales
Team work and maturity with some not all, common sense is not so common.
The team members will pull together and help eachother. That is if they're not considering walking out.
They are mostly new and they have learned incredibly quickly
