Common sense, our RGM will do things then try to write people up for the same thing two days later. She needs to set a better example and actually do her job right

Doing their actual job and not having the members below do it for them

I know and feel like a hardest worker here and most reliable hardly ever late im running around doing multiple tasks when i clock on because the previous shift doesnt do what theyre supposed to

If you want anytime of advancement in this company you either have to have come from 5 Guys Burgers and Fries with Josh Rivera, or you have to have sexual relations with Josh Rivera to adcance here.

the only thing that was postive were the customer they were so sweet to me and we had great conversation

Most of the people know when to "lock in" and do their job without causing any issues

the positive about going to work is that all the other coworkers are friendly

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The bullying needs to stop. The descrimination needs to stop. Personal feelings need to be seperate from the work place.

The whole Chicagoland management and directors of operations need to be reviewed. The amount of sexual misconduct and favortism ran and allowed in this company is disgusting. This was not the job i trained for in New Jersey.

Make a more clear system for raises, that everybody knows

The general manager, the people the gm brings in from 5 Guys and all of their friends. Then treating them better than the original employees. Forcing the good ones from day one when we opened all to quit. GM's should step up and work when needed and GM labor needs to be watched and salary deducted.

Stop hiring teenagers that obviously are not professional during the interview and when they get hired

They do not care about he customer or quality, just a paycheck.

No repercussions for inexcusable behavior/ actions. Upper level management makes it near impossible to fire insubordinate/ incompetent employees

Employees working off clock to meet corporate labor %. Only improvement is to terminate managers who allow AND direct employees to work off the clock. Same for supervisors who access the payroll and shave hours off employees hours worked in a day.
