I am very happy here! I feel valued and appreciated and can't ask for much more other than a bit more compensation

Working at SMITH has been a refreshing change coming from a bigger corporation. I like not just feeling like a cog in the machine. Things have become more challenging lately with the new EUS regulations, but once we get a good system in place, we will be operating well.

SMITH has been a good fit for me. I had a lot of different jobs before I came here, and I can acknowledge some things that really set SMITH apart. But I do think we have things we need to work on to continue to be valuable to our customers and stay on top.

It's just a slog when it's slow

They are always supportive and give positive feedback.

Commission when business is doing well

Flexibility of hours and interacting with my colleagues

The opportunities to make sales.

Less cliquiness and more inclusion.

Getting to interact with my friends and solve problems for other traders

Getting to go the gym on my lunch hour and feeling valued/depended on.

They acknowledge that I bring value to the company and team and rewarded me accordingly.

They are fair about personal matters and value me as a member of the team.

I get along with pretty much everyone and there is a great sense of comraderie.

Their openness to let you try new things and give feedback no matter what your level.

I have friends that I can confide in. I also work well with everyone and enjoy our daily interactions.

Commission!! My base salary could be better but I plan on asking for a raise at the end of the year.

After being here longer, I am feeling closer to everyone. People are willing to help and answer any questions I have.

I just got a raise so I'm now happy with my compensation. When business is good the commission is great as well.

Considering how well the company is doing, I think I could be paid more, especially if I get a deserved title change.

They really care about their employees and understand that we have personal and family lives that are just as important as our jobs.

My team members are pretty cool. They can be pretty cliquey but I have a couple I know I can confide in.

I recently got a raise, so I am satisfied. I am looking forward to if business picks up again to getting more commission again.

While things are slow, they are ok with us going to gym at lunchtime and are not super strict about hours as long as we get our work done.

They are very understanding about a challenging personal life in these times of COVID. They are also appreciative of my hard work but I would like a little more support in a title change.

Honestly, I think culture needs an improvement in the NY office. There is some team building but it is not enjoyable for the women here. A little more day to day appreciation would be nice.

I feel like a valued member of the team and company as a whole especially since I was invited to the Elevate Summit. This is the first time I have felt this way and it makes a huge difference.

The commission! I would not be satisfied with my base salary without the commission. I need to follow up about a base salary increase and also make sure there is a yearly cost of living raise which I have not seen yet for 2023.
