I have been a Smith for 21 years now, I have seen it evolve quite a bit, all in good ways! From more certification, more testing of product. One thing that has never changed about Smith to me, is you get in as much as you put out, you should never feel like you are not indispensable.
Always feel supportive, stays in communication of how you doing in regards to your performance.
The atmosphere, you feel the energy when people are on the phone, hearing deals happen.
You feel like family, we know it's business, but we all have lives and everyone's is different.
Everyone is involved, caring, I feel comfortable going to anyone when I do not understand something or I am unsure. I have been here 21 years and I still have questions.
Everyone is here to do there job and do to the best of there ability, and you feel that when you hear people on the phone making things happen. Keep you inspired!
Well I feel with Smith you work hard you are recognized and Bob and Lee have always try be generous. If the company is doing well they always try and pass on rewards.
We can all depend on each other for whatever may come up, if there a question or something that needs to be resolved we try to come together as a team and figure things out.
I feel if you work hard, you will receive the compensation. Both Bob and Lee have always tried to be fair and have always been generous. When the company does well, we do well as employees.
Knowing that I have a chance to make a difference everyday, being able to know that it maybe that 1 part that is able to make Smith money, or even just knowing we supported a part to a customer they could not find elsewhere.
Being able to put a deal together, offering quotes, or information. Something to give back to the customer as oppose to nothing. It feels like you have done your best to offer some type of information that will hopefully allow our customers to give us second looks or continued business.
