My experience these past 2 years has been wonderful and nothing as I expected. I have learned so many new things at work and it makes me feel proud of myself. Looking forward to more years at Smith. Hopefully, in the coming years, this company will grow more.

The pay is good, but sometimes it gets harder to save money. That sounds like a personal problem, right? I think the same, lol.

The leadership team is very knowledgable and kind. Always ready to help everyone and guide them. It feels like talking to a friend when having a conversation.

The most positive thing about the environment is that everyone treats each other as equals and a part of the Smith family. It's amazing to work here.

Personally, I'm grateful for everything that the company does for me and everyone. I feel inflation has gone too high and it has been a little hard to manage everything with the compensation package currently.

My team is very friendly and very supportive. They are always ready to lend a hand when needed. I couldn't have asked for better people on my team. I always have a good time working with them.
