Everyone is allowed to be there own selves and work together to get our daily tasks done. the friendly fair culture that smith has is the only like it I've seen in all the companies I've worked for.

I wouldn't say I feel undervalued its just living in this economy is very difficult with the pay given. I'm very grateful though and don't feel undervalued. I know my management cares for me and my future here.
