Overall I enjoy my job and coming to work. I don't like that most of the time that I am working I have the lingering thought of bills in my head. I like the company and its values but sometimes I feel the money spent on extra benefits would be much better as a wage increase to help me pay my bills.

Everyone works. The team overall works towards the end goal. Everyone has their place and job to do.

That they actually seem interested in my well-being. The leaders who know me always greet me in the morning and ask me about my week. They try to converse with me and get to know me.

We all interact well. Everyone is friendly and we know that if we need help with anything, we are there for each other. My team members are all older than me and give me great life advice.

As a younger employee at Smith, I don't feel properly compensated. We always pivot and make the best out of tough situations. My main life stress is being able to pay for food, rent, insurance, and school. The good benefits don't make up for the low wages. I don't need the majority of the benefits.
