Upper management only answers through text messages, is way passive aggressive and never communicates problems. They constantly complain but refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Lack of leadership and training is beyond ridiculous.

Being treated like a person and not just a name. I work graveyards so management is rarely there and they never answer and questions or concerns unless it's morning even in emergency situations.
