Work ethic, respect, responsibility. This is not high school and must not be treated as a hang-out session. I don't think there is any way to work together better.

My coworkers are really not an issue. I have a wonderful relationship with my fellow courtesy clerks, cashiers and others in various depts. It is mgmt that needs sensitivity training on how to be better and more effective with their staff at store 376.

For the most part we work together fine, but combined with the poor management attitude, poor value of their employees, makes pretty much all my coworkers HATE work, given the pandemic and all that, I dont there is anything other than improving pay and standards in a non-bias way.
