Review from Customer Success Dept

It is a great product at a reasonable price.

Work ethic, respect, responsibility. This is not high school and must not be treated as a hang-out session. I don't think there is any way to work together better.

Asked to all employees at Smith's Food and Drug

  • Overall, the experience was pretty good. That was until I realized the communication between the people interviewing me and Store which I was placed had no idea they where hiring me. My area was within pharmacy and our supervisors thought it was a good idea to wait until the day before I was to start to tell my new manager I was now the new employee. This made it very awkward with the remaining staff. When inquired with some more seasoned employees, they told me this was pretty standard protocol especially within pharmacy. So as I said, the interview was pretty standard, but more communication between the people hiring and the staff who you will be working with in the near future would improve the onboarding to the Store.
