I do not receive benefits. Was told I would work 20 - 30 hours per week. I have worked 40 hour per week since starting.

Give a new contract with a raise. They certainly don't go without their bonuses. We are expected to work ourselves to death for no raise in several years. It's all about corporate greed. I want to see them do what I do everyday, they can't. Yet they pay themselves on the back. Phooey!

My coworkers are really not an issue. I have a wonderful relationship with my fellow courtesy clerks, cashiers and others in various depts. It is mgmt that needs sensitivity training on how to be better and more effective with their staff at store 376.

The most positive thing about the environment at 376 is the appreciation I receive from our customers who acknowledge the level of customer service that I provide as a courtesy clerk. This means the world to me above all else.
