What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, equal treatment with discipline and praise, their people skills (when it comes to managing) are the absolute worst! They rely on intimidation, and belittling to get their point (that is NEVER wrong) though.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a retirement package and we are also union. There is also a pension package for when I do retire.

The company expects so much more these days with less

Managers put pressure on you to be best of the best without reflecting it themselves. They don't praise and promote positive feedback. They only recognize and make a big deal out of negative actions. They make us feel as though they prey on our despiration, and can control us because of our fear.

Since they took our previous store manager away, things are not the same. Nobody wants to really talk and we can't really talk. It's all about business now We can't have any fun anymore when we are at work. We have to keep on working to get our jobs done.
