New to the business, I have yet to engage in the compensation package having said this the Sodexo employee website is great to source information on employee benefits etc
What makes you most happy at work?
Being invested in the goals I am trying to achieve. Being a member of a tight knit team with relationships built on trust and mutual understanding. I like to be challenged with team projects where we work as a cohesive team and not forgetting to have fun on the way.
