The ones that are happy and invested you can feel the energy in the office and you can see the care they put into the job and patient experience. It makes it enjoyable to come into work knowing how happy they are and makes work a little bit easier.

I like that they are listening more to feedback and being more open than it was before. Because at a center level the managers opinion isnt the only opinion that matters. I like that the leadership engages more and makes people feel more heard and valued it goes a long way.

Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?

I love coming into work everyday and helping patients feel their best and change lives. I love not only helping the patients feel happy but also helping my team with anything they need. When everyone works as a team and puts in extra care and time it makes the long crazy days worth it.
