The bonuses! I love that Sono Bello tries to give bonuses to all staff members even if you aren't on a standard bonus plan you have the opportunity for bonuses, depending on the company performance.

The culture and environment at Sono Bello are very welcoming and positive. Not only does Sono Bello care about the patients but they care about every employee, and I genuinely love coming to work every day!
