I do overall enjoy the workplace and the team I work with, I do get a bit overwhelmed at times. I've been in this line of practice prior to sono bello but it is very different as far as call flow, patient flow, frequent schedule changes. I do feel like sometimes my role is overlooked.

We are all on the same team whether it be front office/back office we cannot work without each other so we all try to help out where it is needed so everything is smooth sailing
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I am happy with how my PM treats us, however I do feel a bit micromanaged by other staff members. I think for those staff members just having more trust in me that I am going to complete the job correctly and timely.
