I love working here, but do wish that we would be fairly considered for roles to advance our careers. I wish we had more opportunity to individualize care and support from executive leadership to make the patient a priority. It does seem like "conveyor belt care" some of the time & that is upsetting

I like that the leadership team seems open to new ideas, creating new solutions and roles, and are helpful when needed.

I think the staff make me most happy about going to work. I also feel a sense of pride when I am able to work through problems and come up with solutions successfully. Creating happy patients makes my day.

I think the most positive thing about our environment is that we all come from different backgrounds and can come together to provide the best care possible. I think each person has their own personality and way of working wonderfully with patients and each other.

My team is always happy, innovative and dedicated to their work. I sometimes dread coming to work but I know as soon as I walk through those doors, regardless of my tasks that day; that my staff will make me smile. I feel we all have genuine friendships.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
i feel undervalued because as an APM, I am often looked over for important communications, bonuses or recognition that the CM/PM receive. I also feel like I help successfully run our center and should be able to dedicate my time to this center, but I have to look for a second job to provide.
