Overall my experience has drastically gone down. At first i was very excited about my job and very happy with it. Ive been trying to advance my career eithin the company and havent had the best experience with upper management in the process.

The doctors at our center are easy to work with (cant be said for every location). We have made a fun team environment at our location.

Listening to the needs of the staff (specifically the clinical staff). Its frustrating to be working in a healthcare field but our leaders and managers don't have healthcare knowledge.

Management understanding needs of the clinical staff. We need clinical managers in place to be the voice for our clinical workers. We need a morale boost. And we need to feel valued and appreciated as well as being compensated for the level of work we do everyday.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
A yearly raise and regular cost of living adjustment would be nice. The LEAD program is a joke. It feels unattainable and we don't have time to make these videos when we are understaffed or have these high turnover rates. We are too busy actually working to make a video to submit.
