I love what we are able to do for our patients but i just wish that the staff were more appreciated so that they would be more motivated to work together as a team.

I do not feel that i am compensated for all that I do and for the skill set that i bring to my role and my team. Would appreciate a wage reassessment, raise and the ability to work 4 10 hr shifts as i was originally hired for.
