I wotk with the best group of nurses. I would trust them to care for myself and anyone i know.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

The amount of roles the clinical staff fullfills and the little compensation recieved. We play the role of office visit, preop, circulator, scrub, and recovery nurse. We should be compensated fairly.

Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?

Everything always falls back to the nurses, if something goes wrong, if the schedule was made incorrectly, if the paperwork was done wrong, etc. Ask less of the clinical staff or pay them accordingly.

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

Valuing the hard work their clinical staff already does and not make us record or take tests on the work we are already doing. If we were not doing that work already we would not be employed at sonobello. It makes us feel like we will never get ahead/pay raise.
