everywhere else in our area pays more per hour than we are paid.

not enough opportunity, too low pay rate. Totally ignored on what I can do, the experience i have
more value of team members. instead of just mass hiring, give members that want more hours, the hours. the ones that dont want them, stop overworking them with forced hours
