Providing a safe place to work during COVID 19 making sure the right procedures are being taken, and enforced not only towards customers, but employees too.

Product integrity is exceptional. Employee value is zero. Managers are typically I'll equipped, making workers' jobs harder. Communication does not exist either within or between departments. I'm not young and would go back to the public sector in a heartbeat if not for COVID.

I feel like I don't get the nessesary assistance to feel like I'm even cared about.

I feel very undervalued, I feel discriminated against and I feel as though the managers at my store were very poorly chosen.

I barely get to make my own decisions, I can't even have my water bottle out on the floor with me so I am dehydrated the whole shift. I am expected to give 110% or I will get yelled at or talked down to. I would have a higher chance of finding a better job in the time it would take to get a raise.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team members are the most positive thing. Corporate tries to take care of us, but it's the store manager and assistant manager that create a toxic culture and work environment.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I've learned at this company that they will tell you anything you want to hear and its all lies. Ive been completely let down. I left a competitor store because I was promised more hours and a very good possibility of a promotion, since I started I've been demoted out of nowhere and given no reason.

Replace the store manager. He is dishonest and untrustworthy. He'll say one thing and then renig. He's only about the numbers, not the people.

Corporate needs to communicate with the stores better and hear the concerns of the associates that run the store.

COVID19 precautions aren't being enforced on employees so more than half of the employees I work with take their masks off in the back room and it makes me scared for the safety of myself and everyone I come in contact with. The COVID19 regulations should be enforced at all times.
