Product integrity is exceptional. Employee value is zero. Managers are typically I'll equipped, making workers' jobs harder. Communication does not exist either within or between departments. I'm not young and would go back to the public sector in a heartbeat if not for COVID.

I barely get to make my own decisions, I can't even have my water bottle out on the floor with me so I am dehydrated the whole shift. I am expected to give 110% or I will get yelled at or talked down to. I would have a higher chance of finding a better job in the time it would take to get a raise.

COVID19 precautions aren't being enforced on employees so more than half of the employees I work with take their masks off in the back room and it makes me scared for the safety of myself and everyone I come in contact with. The COVID19 regulations should be enforced at all times.
