It isn't terrible but it definitely needs improvement. Some days are a lot harder than others depending on who I am working with.

It was fast, and all my questions were answered.

I get to help customers, and learn new things everyday about my job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing a safe place to work during COVID 19 making sure the right procedures are being taken, and enforced not only towards customers, but employees too.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Wear their masks at all time, and be friendlier instead of trying to talk down to me and making me feel bad for any mistakes I make.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
COVID19 precautions aren't being enforced on employees so more than half of the employees I work with take their masks off in the back room and it makes me scared for the safety of myself and everyone I come in contact with. The COVID19 regulations should be enforced at all times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I barely get to make my own decisions, I can't even have my water bottle out on the floor with me so I am dehydrated the whole shift. I am expected to give 110% or I will get yelled at or talked down to. I would have a higher chance of finding a better job in the time it would take to get a raise.
