Understanding there is a need for growth and change within each team members current structure/path. There are many people who would like the ability to move up within the company at the office level to have more leadership experience and responsibility.

Beyond salary which is solid (but not amazing), the discount is quite nice

Each team member that I work directly with has a passion about working for the company that is larger than the paycheck they receive. Everyone is usually in a happy and chipper mood looking to excel the brand.

Overall the environment is very positive, people come to work because they are passionate about their job and want to see their team members succeed. Culture among all team members need to improve in the store teams, but on my team and those I work with directly we are always very excited to be here

more value of team members. instead of just mass hiring, give members that want more hours, the hours. the ones that dont want them, stop overworking them with forced hours
