The best part about my compensation is that I get paid weekly and have a bonus at the end of the year.

Working towards making a difference in the healthy habits of our consumers. Pushing myself to the next level and creating a larger role for my personal success and for the benefit of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each team member that I work directly with has a passion about working for the company that is larger than the paycheck they receive. Everyone is usually in a happy and chipper mood looking to excel the brand.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding there is a need for growth and change within each team members current structure/path. There are many people who would like the ability to move up within the company at the office level to have more leadership experience and responsibility.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall the environment is very positive, people come to work because they are passionate about their job and want to see their team members succeed. Culture among all team members need to improve in the store teams, but on my team and those I work with directly we are always very excited to be here
