Absolutely horrible. I am constantly walked all over along with many of my coworkers, I truly feel discriminated against. I have a lot of experience in this industry and for some reason these managers seem to think that I am not worthy of anything but two days a week getting carts/sweeping the store

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very undervalued, I feel discriminated against and I feel as though the managers at my store were very poorly chosen.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I've learned at this company that they will tell you anything you want to hear and its all lies. Ive been completely let down. I left a competitor store because I was promised more hours and a very good possibility of a promotion, since I started I've been demoted out of nowhere and given no reason.
