I feel like I do a lot of things that are outside of my role because they are the right thing to do, but it isn't always acknowledged. I am not miserable but I think I offer a lot.
My particular team does what they say, and say what they do. They telegraph what they are doing and keep me informed of the intent behind it. If something isn't going as intended that is communicated quickly and is not kept secret.
