I love the yearly health screening that can actually lower your coverage rates if you meet the criteria. I also love that every year our rates are getting lower which is always good. Everything about it is just wonderful for me. No complaints.

One thing I love about my team is the uniqueness of each different personality and different ways to approach. conversations with my team. It is wonderful just being able to see all of the creative minds. IT like a library and we all have a different storys to tell.

One of the main things that I love about the leadership team is the vast knowledge . And also, everyone is always so willing to help you succeed, and grow in every area of leadership if you are willing to put in the work. I love the determination and determination of the Sweetwater family.

The vast knowledge and information you will obtain if you are willing to listen and learn someone will be there to coach you and help you move forward if you make a mistake we all do at times lol! and being straight forward is so helpful for me and the team to get past miscommunication
