The people here, truly make this a wonderful place to work. Outside that the pay feels slightly lower than what's needed in todays economic landscape, and the benefits are about on par as other places of employment Ive had.

I have never worked at a company with such like minded individuals before. My coworkers and the love I have for them and my team is the reason I work here.

I have been with this company almost a decade. Living expenses have gone up dramatically (up to double in a lot of case) and even with promotions, my pay has only risen 30%. I definitely struggle financially, even in "the most affordable city"
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
My direct Managers really care about my wellbeing and making sure I am taken care of. Both Mentally and making sure I have the tools that I need to be successful at my job. Higher up I am afraid I dont have the same amount of love. There seems to be a shift into being more Corporate and bottom line
