I am paid fairly with being 100% commission sales. There are bonuses and sales competitions via the partnership with our vendor partners and great employee purchase perks and benefits to get the gear we love selling and try out new and exciting music gear to get familiar with to help our customers.

The leadership at Sweetwater is part of the reason I moved across the country to work at Sweetwater in Fort Wayne Indiana. The culture from the top down is honest, genuine, and caring towards the customers and also for their thousands of employees. I still feel heard and valued as an employee 100%.

The teamwork and comradery amung the staff and sales team is on another level. I come from a 76 year family owned business, and the unending support between all of the employees is unmatched. Definitely one of the many reasons why I feel I will be happy and devoted as an employee here at Sweetwater.
