This company has helped mold me, and continues to do so, into the professional I am today. It's been a pleasure. It's been hard (as it will continue to be). But it's been so fulfilling. Hard working and hungry for success. Kind and open to iteration (most of the time...). Attitude and growing in kindness and emotional understanding between colleagues and also their customers can be attended to but I see it going in the right direction.

Even when it's hard to get here (Depression, Anxiety, the "human condition") I'm most happy when I'm able to serve others and love them dearly, be that my customers or colleagues. That has been true for my entire tenure here at Sweetwater.

"Do the right thing" is actually a true statement from many around me. People are striving to serve others and care for them deeply. Even if it feels phony on stage from management/executives it does ring true throughout the entire campus & company.
