
It seems to me that our upper management is more concerned about their quarterly bonus than the welfare of the many people who work hard to help provide them with it. I feel more like a number working for this company than a person.
Time to get back to what built this company. It wasn't just the bottom line in the beginning. It was its employees and its customers. Get the moral up and you're bottom line will follow. With the new pay scale and no chances and quarterly or yearly safety bonuses. Employees are losing incentive.
With Sysco being the largest food supplier in North America one would believe that their medical insurance would be on par with other companies. I as a Sysco employee can say otherwise.I had to give up my sysco insurance for my wife's insurance because I could not afford the yearly out of pocket max
