Overall TSI needs to recognize value in employees and address it. Job markets are evolving, give trusted employees flexibility and pay them adequately for their role in company success. Salaries are not competitive to national standards, leading to constant turnover.

All individuals who interviewed the candidates did so within a short window (about 3 hours). You come to the office once and get to meet a large part of the team and discuss the role with each one on one for about 30 min.
