Great place to work with great benefits.

They generally have a positive morale around the office.

Not much of a leadership. We have no superior for our department. Our manager is quitting. Some people just stand around and talk all day.

TempurSealy is a great company to work for that has an open door policy and cares for its employees. I have a lot of colleagues that have been pursued by other companies but have stayed for the love of working here.

communicating with the employees about what is happening, usually everyday. also the HR dept. needs to learn some compassion. cuz they are extremely unapproachable, condescending, and rude. also pay attention the morale of employees, see how they can lift it...

knowing how to do the jobs to the standard they expect and managing, team members tell management what to do
