Speed up interview process. Interviews should not take 3-4 months. Effects getting quality candidates and respect for candidates time.

Get more detail about everything instead of rushing the process and then getting put on the floor not having enough knowledge. Oh can't forget you have to learn everything by yourself because everybody's too stubborn to teach anybody else too many different languages a lot of harassment in different
