Overall TSI needs to recognize value in employees and address it. Job markets are evolving, give trusted employees flexibility and pay them adequately for their role in company success. Salaries are not competitive to national standards, leading to constant turnover.
Alot of us work very hard, some people not so much. The hard workers pick up the slack for the people that just stand around. Management doesn't notice or care.
