Not much of a leadership. We have no superior for our department. Our manager is quitting. Some people just stand around and talk all day.

More employees and higher pay

Overall TSI needs to recognize value in employees and address it. Job markets are evolving, give trusted employees flexibility and pay them adequately for their role in company success. Salaries are not competitive to national standards, leading to constant turnover.

Alot of us work very hard, some people not so much. The hard workers pick up the slack for the people that just stand around. Management doesn't notice or care.

Better communication among from exec team/management to associates. Rumors are the main source of valuable information. This creates tension and confusion.

Less role playing and more hands on training. Computer training classes every week is counter productive
