It is largely a good company but there are many who question their longterm tenure in this organization;Contract awards and proposal activities related to organizations outside of engineering and manufacturing have slowed drastically in recent years;Engagement will not improve without job security.

This is an engineering company. The priority will always be on engineering and all the other engineering support elements are often left to wonder how long their prospects are with the company. Charge code chasing fatigue and worry wears on a workforce and hinders engagement significantly.
