Taking Covid seriously, valuing their employees as much as they value their shareholders, paying us competitively, not seeing benefits as a way to trim expenses and make more for shareholders, providing comfortable and modern working environments, embracing WFH like the rest of the industry.

It's pretty much industry standard. Disability benefits are excellent.
