Since I started, 90% of employees showed no interest in getting to know me on a personal level. Due to retention issues, I was forced to learn a job with minimal training (set up for failure). Additionally, leadership completely botched the COVID situation.

The overall culture at Systems need to change. In general employees are brash, selfish, and out of touch.

The ELT seems out of touch with what is going on below them. I believe this has always been the case, but COVID put it under a microscope. How many of these surveys can we fill out? Nothing will change.

I've worked at 3 different companies prior to Systems. The culture here is BY FAR the worst. From poor facilities to a lack of communication from leadership to a consensus unhappy workforce, it's clear that our company needs big changes.
