I am happy with the work I do. Leadership has been flexible and understanding. I see Textron Systems making strides to be diverse and inclusive. I would like to see a greater push for employee satisfaction within work / life balance. On a day to day it is good, looking to the future, not so much.

We are able to collaborate and openly meet to bounce ideas off each other and or resolve issues. There is no judgement and we are all working towards the same goals.

There isn't someone managing my every minute. I can work at my pace while still accomplishing all my goals without the pressure of someone managing my every move. I feel I am most efficient this way and I am happy the leadership.

There is a mutual understanding that work life balance exists. Growth opportunities are presented at monthly meeting which allow for us to look at the bigger picture and think ahead in our career. Meetings/conflicts are always approached with a solution approach rather than small picture hang ups.

The culture and work environment is very relaxed, positive and allows for individuals to be themselves. I enjoy that the office becomes a second home rather than dreading being here. I enjoy my work and I think that should remain Textron Systems focus when hiring as well as professional development.
